本指南涵盖索票流程、电子门票使用方式、手环兑换安排、入场规定、安全守则及现场观演须知。所有观众于领取门票及进入活动现场前,均应充分了解并遵守相关规定,共同维护安全、有序及愉快的观演环境。

索票须知
一、票务平台与门票性质
- 本次活动唯一官方票务平台为 MAISEAT(以下简称“平台”)。
- 所有门票均为免费领取,不涉及任何形式之销售行为。
- 本活动门票为非对号入座之自由站位及/或分区入场形式,具体观演安排以现场实际指引为准。
- 观众须根据所选择的观演区域,于入场时前往对应区域进行观演。
- 严禁任何个人、第三方社群、网站或平台以任何形式转售或变相出售门票。如发现相关行为,主办单位(988)有权取消该门票之入场资格,并保留追究法律责任之权利。
- 敬请观众提高警惕,谨防诈骗,切勿向非官方渠道付款购票。
二、注册及领取规则
- 观众须先下载 MAISEAT App 或通过 MAISEAT 官方网站完成会员注册,方可参与索票及查看电子票券。
- 每位注册用户仅限领取一(1)张门票,不得重复领取、转让或转售。
- 成功领取门票后,系统将发送确认电子邮件,以确认用户已成功获得门票资格。
- 电子票券将于演出日期前一周开放查看,用户可通过 App 或官方网站账号登录查阅票券信息。
- 截图、录屏或打印之二维码均不构成有效入场凭证。
- 入场时须确保设备可正常联网并可顺利显示页面,否则可能影响入场验证流程。
三、入场及活动安排
- 所有演出及现场安排以主办单位最终公布为准,并可能因实际情况作出调整。
- 本次活动门票将以手环形式作为入场凭证。
- 观众须于指定时间内完成手环兑换手续方可入场。
- 入场后观众可于指定区域内自由活动及观演。
四、儿童入场规定
- 基于安全考量,12 岁以下儿童谢绝入场。
- 年满 12 岁及以上观众须凭有效门票入场,并须由成年人陪同。
五、无障碍入场安排
轮椅使用者可前往现场资讯柜台或联系工作人员,现场人员将提供协助并引导至无障碍通道及指定观演区域。
六、活动时间安排
- 手环兑换时间:活动当天上午10时至下午6时(10:00 – 18:00),逾时恕不受理
- 观众入场时间:下午2时(14:00) 起可进入 Stadium Merdeka
- 演出开始时间:下午4时(16:00) 正式开始
入场须知
一、电子门票
- 入场时须通过 MAISEAT App 或官方网站出示电子门票二维码。每张门票均附有专属动态二维码,仅限一次性核销使用。
- 截图、照片或打印版本的二维码均不可作为有效入场凭证。
- 所有门票均为自由站位及自由座位,不设对号入座。
- 观众须根据 MAISEAT 平台选票时所选择之观演区域(Rock Zone / Zone A / Zone B)进入对应区域,未经允许不得擅自更改观演区域。
二、手环兑换须知
- 手环兑换时,须由持票人本人通过 MAISEAT App 或官方网站出示电子门票。
- 每张门票仅限兑换一(1)条手环,每位观众仅可领取一条手环。
- 手环不得代领、转让或重复兑换。
- 活动手环为进出会场及使用现场权益之唯一凭证,观众须全程佩戴有效手环。
- 如手环遗失、损毁或无法辨识,将不予补发,相关权益亦无法重新兑换。
- 手环兑换截止时间为活动当日 18:00,逾时恕不受理。
- 完成手环兑换后,需立即在工作人员面前佩戴,并依现场指示前往相应检票口入场。
三、入场准备
- 手环兑换处将于活动当天 早上10:00 开始开放,请观众尽早抵达现场。
- 排队期间请提前登录 MAISEAT App 或官方网站,并开启电子门票页面,以加快兑换及入场流程。
- 请配合现场工作人员指引及安检安排,有序入场。
- 完成手环兑换后,观众可于活动区域内自由进出会场(以现场管理规定为准)。
- 入场即视为同意主办单位进行现场拍摄,并授权主办单位无偿使用相关影像(包括照片、视频及录音)用于宣传及推广用途。
四、现场消费
现场设有餐饮及市集摊位,建议观众携带现金备用,以防电子支付因网络状况不稳定而受影响。
五、入场流程说明

安全与观演须知
一、禁止携带物品
为保障所有观众安全及维护现场秩序,严禁携带以下物品进入活动现场:
- 高跟鞋(避免穿着)
- 雨伞
- 折叠椅、露营椅及其他座椅类物品
- 专业摄影及录影设备(未经主办单位许可)
- 无人机
- 自拍杆、三脚架及其他大型摄影器材
- 水瓶、水壶及其他储水容器
- 金属材质风扇或大型便携式风扇
- 硬质应援灯牌,以及超过 A4 尺寸的软质应援物
- 容量超过 20,000mAh 的移动电源(Power Bank)
- 香烟、电子烟(Vape)、打火机及其他烟草制品
- 电脑及平板电脑
- 大型、异形或可能影响现场秩序与安全的物品
- 任何可能危及现场安全或影响他人观演体验之物品
主办单位及现场工作人员有权根据现场实际情况判断是否允许相关物品入场,并保留最终决定权。
二、安检规定
- 为确保现场安全,观众每次进入会场时均须接受安全检查后方可入场。
- 请提前整理个人物品,并预留充足时间完成安检,以免影响入场进度。
- 拒绝接受安检者,主办单位有权拒绝其入场。
三、现场秩序与观演规范
- 观众须凭有效活动手环入场,并全程佩戴。
- 演出期间请保持适当安全距离,请勿推挤、奔跑或进行其他危险行为。
- 请勿乱丢垃圾,共同维护场地环境整洁。
- 禁止携带宠物入场(依法允许的导盲犬及辅助动物除外)。
- 请注意自身及他人安全,文明观演。
- 演出结束后,请根据现场指示及工作人员引导有序离场,请勿拥挤、聚集或长时间逗留。
四、温馨提醒
- Stadium Merdeka 为户外场地,白天气温较高。
- 建议观众提前做好防晒及降温措施。
- 可自行准备防晒衣、帽子、太阳眼镜、手持风扇、挂脖风扇及退热用品。
- 请适时补充水分,并留意身体状况;如感身体不适,请及时联系现场工作人员寻求协助。
五、其他注意事项
- 为保障所有参与者之安全及观演体验,所有入场人士均须遵守现场规则及工作人员指示。对于违反规定者,主办单位有权拒绝其入场或要求离场。
- 主办单位有权要求观众出示有效身份证明文件,并可拒绝或阻止任何被认定可能影响现场安全、秩序或观演体验之人士入场,包括但不限于明显受酒精或药物影响人士,或涉嫌携带危险物品者。
- 未经主办单位书面许可,禁止于活动现场进行任何募捐、宣传、派发、摆摊、销售商品或其他商业行为。
- 演出期间严禁向舞台、观演区域或现场投掷任何物品,亦不得作出干扰演出、骚扰艺人、影响现场秩序或危及公共安全之行为。
- 本次活动设自由站位及自由座位区域,请根据对应区域安排观演;如自备地垫,请于指定区域内使用。如遇现场人流管理需要,请配合工作人员要求收起。
- 请共同维护场地内外环境卫生,不乱丢垃圾。
- 为确保最佳演出效果,各组艺人演出前将安排短暂调音及换场时间,敬请耐心等候并给予工作人员及演出团队配合。
- 为保障活动安全及秩序,请合理安排到场时间,不夜排、不聚集、不代排,共同维护良好观演环境。
- 如遇天气、公共安全、技术安排或其他不可抗力因素,主办单位保留调整、暂停、延期或取消活动安排之权利,并保留最终解释权。

AFTER WORK FEST 2026 Ticketing & Admission Guide
After Work Fest 2026 will operate on a free ticket claim basis, with admission granted only to valid ticket holders.
To ensure a smooth ticket claiming, wristband redemption, and event entry process, all attendees are advised to carefully read the following ticketing and admission guidelines before attending the event.
This guide includes ticket claiming procedures, electronic ticket usage, wristband redemption arrangements, admission requirements, safety regulations, and on-site event guidelines. By claiming a ticket and entering the event venue, attendees are deemed to have understood and agreed to comply with all applicable rules and regulations, helping us maintain a safe, orderly, and enjoyable event environment for everyone.
Any updates, amendments, or additional announcements will be communicated through 988 and After Work Fest’s official social media platforms. Please refer to the latest published information for the most accurate details.
Ticketing Guidelines
A. Ticketing Platform & Ticket Policy
- MAISEAT is the one and only official ticketing platform for this event. (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
- All tickets are free of charge and are not for sale under any circumstances.
- This event operates on a free-standing and/or zone-based admission basis. Seating is not assigned. Actual viewing arrangements are subject to on-site management and instructions.
- Attendees are required to enter and remain within the designated viewing zone selected during the ticket claiming process.
- The resale or unauthorized sale of tickets by individuals, third-party groups, websites, or platforms is strictly prohibited. If such activities are detected, the organiser (988) reserves the right to revoke the ticket and deny entry, as well as pursue legal action where necessary.
- Please remain vigilant against scams and do not make payments for tickets through unofficial channels.
B. Registration & Ticket Claiming Rules
- Attendees must download the MAISEAT app and register as a member, or register via the official MAISEAT website, to be eligible for ticket redemption and to access your e-ticket.
- Each registered user is entitled to redeem only one (1) ticket. Duplicate claims, ticket transfers, or resales are strictly prohibited.
- Upon successful redemption, a confirmation email will be sent to verify your ticket eligibility.
- E-tickets will be made available one (1) week before the event date. Ticket holders may log in to their MAISEAT app account or the official MAISEAT website to view their ticket details.
- Screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, or printed copies of QR codes will not be accepted as valid admission credentials.
- Attendees must ensure that their mobile device has a stable internet connection and is able to display the e-ticket page upon entry. Failure to do so may result in delays or difficulties during the admission verification process.
C. Admission & Event Arrangements
- All performances, schedules, and on-site arrangements are subject to the organiser’s final announcement and may be adjusted where necessary due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.
- Admission to the event venue will be granted upon presentation of a valid event wristband, which serves as the sole admission credential for the event.
- Attendees must complete the wristband redemption process within the designated redemption period before being permitted to enter the event venue.
- Upon successful admission, attendees may move freely within their designated zones and enjoy the event, subject to on-site regulations and crowd management arrangements.
D. Children Entry Policy
For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to enter the event. Attendees aged 12 and above must present a valid ticket for admission and must be accompanied by an adult.
E. Wheelchair User Entry
Wheelchair users may proceed to the Information Counter or approach any event staff on-site for assistance. Our team will provide guidance to the accessible entrance and designated viewing area.
F. Event Schedule
- Wristband Redemption Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10:00 – 18:00) on the event day. Late redemptions will not be accommodated.
- Venue Admission Time: Attendees may enter Stadium Merdeka from 2:00 PM (14:00) onwards.
- Stage Performance Start Time: Performances will officially start at 4:00 PM (16:00).
Admission Guidelines
A. E-Ticket
- Attendees must present their e-ticket QR code via the MAISEAT app or the official MAISEAT website upon admission. Each ticket is assigned a unique dynamic QR code and is valid for one-time verification only.
- Screenshots, photographs, or printed copies of the QR code will not be accepted as valid admission passes.
- All tickets are issued on a free-standing and free-seating basis. Seating is not assigned.
- Attendees must enter and remain within the designated viewing zone (Rock Zone / Zone A / Zone B) selected during ticket redemption on the MAISEAT platform . Unauthorised changes to viewing zones are strictly prohibited.
B. Wristband Redemption Guidelines
- Ticket holder must personally present their e-ticket via the MAISEAT app or the official MAISEAT website when redeeming their wristband for entry.
- Each ticket is entitled to one (1) wristband only, and each attendee may collect only one wristband.
- Wristbands may not be collected on behalf of others, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed multiple times.
- The event wristband serves as the sole credential for venue entry, re-entry, and access to applicable event privileges. Attendees must wear a valid wristband at all times throughout the event.
- Lost, damaged, altered, or unidentifiable wristbands will not be replaced, and any associated privileges will be forfeited.
- The wristband redemption will close at 6:00 PM on the event day. Late redemption requests will not be accommodated.
- Upon receiving the wristband, attendees must immediately put it on in the presence of event staff and proceed to the designated admission checkpoint as instructed.
C. Admission Preparation
- The wristband redemption counter will open at 10:00 AM on the event day. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
- While queuing, attendees are advised to log in to the MAISEAT app or official website in advance and have their e-ticket ready for verification to facilitate a smoother redemption and admission process.
- Please follow all instructions provided by event staff and comply with security screening procedures to ensure orderly admission.
- Upon completing wristband redemption, attendees may enter and exit the event grounds freely, subject to venue regulations and crowd management arrangements.
- By entering the event venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. The organiser reserves the right to use such photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional, marketing, publicity, and archival purposes without compensation.
D. On-Site Purchases
Food, beverage, and marketplace vendors will be available on-site throughout the event.
Attendees are advised to carry some cash as a backup payment method, as e-payment services may occasionally be affected by network connectivity issues.
E. Admission Process
- Wristband Redemption Area
- Log in to the MAISEAT app or official website.
- Present your e-ticket QR code.
- Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
- Event staff will scan and verify the QR code.
- Upon successful verification, collect and immediately wear your wristband.
- Security Screening Area
- Proceed to the entrance corresponding to your designated viewing zone.
- All attendees are required to undergo security screening before entry.
- If prohibited items are found, attendees must store or dispose of such items before rejoining the queue.
- Event Viewing Area
- Enter your designated viewing zone.
- Enjoy the performances and event activities within the assigned area.
Safety & Event Guidelines
A. Prohibited Items
To ensure the safety of all attendees and maintain event order, the following items are strictly prohibited within the event venue:
- High heels (strongly discouraged for safety reasons)
- Umbrellas
- Folding chairs, camping chairs, and other seating equipment
- Professional photography and videography equipment (unless authorised by the organiser)
- Drones
- Selfie sticks, tripods, and other large camera accessories
- Water bottles, flasks, and other liquid containers
- Metal fans or large portable fans
- Hard-material fan signs and soft-material fan signs larger than A4 size
- Power banks exceeding 20,000mAh capacity
- Cigarettes, electronic cigarettes (vapes), lighters, and other tobacco-related products
- Laptops and tablet devices
- Oversized, irregularly shaped, or bulky items that may affect safety or event operations
- Any item deemed dangerous, disruptive, or likely to negatively affect the safety or event experience of others
The organiser and on-site staff reserve the right to determine whether any item may be brought into the venue and retain the final decision on all prohibited items.
B. Security Screening
- To ensure the safety of all attendees, security screening is required each time an attendee enters the venue.
- Attendees are advised to organise their personal belongings in advance and allow sufficient time for security checks to avoid delays.
- Any individual who refuses to undergo security screening may be denied entry to the event.
C. Venue Conduct & Audience Guidelines
- All attendees must present a valid event wristband for admission and wear it at all times while within the event venue.
- During the event, attendees are required to maintain a safe distance from others and refrain from pushing, running, crowd surging, or engaging in any dangerous behaviour.
- Please dispose of waste responsibly and help maintain a clean and pleasant event environment.
- Pets are not permitted within the venue, with the exception of legally recognised guide dogs and assistance animals.
- Please be mindful of your own safety and the safety of others, and enjoy the event responsibly.
- At the conclusion of the event, attendees are required to exit the venue in an orderly manner and follow all instructions provided by event staff. Please refrain from crowding, gathering unnecessarily, or remaining in the venue for extended periods after the event.
D. Important Reminders
- Stadium Merdeka is an outdoor venue, and temperatures may be high during daytime hours.
- Attendees are encouraged to take appropriate sun protection and heat management measures before arriving at the venue.
- Recommended items include:
- Sun-protective clothing
- Hats or caps
- Sunglasses
- Handheld fans, neck fans
- Cooling products or personal heat-relief itemsPlease stay hydrated throughout the event and monitor your physical condition. Should you feel unwell, kindly seek assistance from event staff immediately.
E. Additional Terms & Conditions
- To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, everyone who entering the venue must comply with event rules and follow instructions issued by event staff. Any attendee found to be in breach of these rules may be refused entry or required to leave the venue at the discretion of the organiser.
- The organiser reserves the right to request valid identification from any attendee at any time. The organiser may refuse admission to, or remove from the venue, any individual deemed to pose a risk to the safety, security, order, or overall event experience of others, including but not limited to persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those suspected of carrying prohibited or dangerous items.
- Without prior written approval from the organiser, fundraising activities, promotional activities, distribution of materials, vending, sales, or any other commercial activities are strictly prohibited within the event venue.
- Throwing any objects towards the stage, audience areas, or any part of the venue is strictly prohibited. Attendees must not engage in behaviour that disrupts performances, harasses performers, interferes with event operations, or endangers public safety.
- The event includes designated free-standing and free-seating areas. Attendees are required to remain within their designated viewing zones. Personal ground mats may only be used in permitted areas and may be required to be removed if necessary for crowd management purposes.
- Please help maintain cleanliness both inside and outside the venue by disposing of waste responsibly.
- To ensure the best possible performance experience, brief intervals for sound checks and stage changeovers may take place between artist performances. Attendees are kindly requested to remain patient and cooperate with event staff and production crews.
- For safety and operational reasons, attendees are advised not to queue overnight, gather excessively, or queue on behalf of others. Please plan your arrival responsibly and help maintain a safe event environment.
- In the event of adverse weather conditions, public safety concerns, technical issues, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any part of the event without prior notice. The organiser’s decision shall be final.
