通讯WhatsApp正开发新功能，让用户在离开聊天室后可自动销毁照片，确保图照不外流。
《星报》引述WABetaInfo推特指出，这个开发中的新功能仅在用户离开聊天室后才会运行，把照片自动删除，功能类似IG私讯中的照片自动消失功能一样。
在IG，若有人截图私讯中照片内容，系统将侦测到并向发照片用户提示。根据WABetaInfo，该功能暂时未有更新时间表，但会同时向苹果及安卓系统推送更新。
