连壳带皮炸榴莲和红毛丹,是什么滋味?

在马来西亚,可以炸的水果要属香蕉及尖不辣(cempedak)最普遍,一名油炸食物为主的视频博主史考特(Scott)日前在抖音分享了炸榴莲和红毛丹的视频。

最意想不到的是,竟然连壳带皮炸!

他在101日示范油炸整粒榴梿,榴莲连壳一起下锅,之后大口试吃,让网民惊讶不己。不过,这道炸榴梿的美食评分,10分满分,他只给1分。

几天后,他又把一整串连枝带皮的红毛丹一起下锅炸,过后大口咬下,更表示这食物太美味了,获得9分!

史考特独特的油炸梿榴与红毛丹获得不少网民留言,有者批评暴殄天物、有者则提醒他红毛丹不可连皮一起吃。
