There are two distinctive types of merchants that you can shop with on 988:-
- Merchants: Their amazing products are sold through 988, who organizes the transaction and completes the payment. The delivery and fulfillment are processed by the Merchant seller, who maintains the quality of the goods, the timing of order deliveries. You can contact customerservice@988.com.my for queries on return, refund, or exchange. The customer service team will then redirect the queries to the individual merchants.
Delivery and shipping will differ with each merchant.
- 988 Shop: These products are produced and manufactured solely by 988. Delivery and fulfilment is are processed by 988. You can contact us at customerservice@988.com.my for any queries on return, refund, or exchange.
It takes approximately 7-14 working days for delivery. Items will only be shipped out after payment has been made. An email confirmation with the order details and tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed.
Unfortunately we can only deliver to locations within Peninsular Malaysia for the time being.

Additional 1kg up to 30kg — RM1.50 per kg

商家通过988购物平台寄卖产品。由988处理交易和收费，商家自行处理交货和履行订单。商家须为所有订单提供正确的配送与处理时间；买家可联系 customerservice@988.com.my 有关任何退换货的问题， 在线客服会帮忙转告商家。
不同的商家交货和运输方式皆不一样。
988 商店：
产品皆由 988 生产与制造，交货和履行订单全由 988 处理。

付款成功后就会把产品寄出，邮寄大约需要7-14个工作日。 确认订单后，988 将发送一封含有订单详细信息和跟踪信息的电子邮件给买家。
