There are two distinctive types of merchants that you can shop with on 988:-
- Merchants: Their amazing products are sold through 988, who organizes the transaction and completes the payment. The delivery and fulfillment are processed by the Merchant seller, who maintains the quality of the goods, the timing of order deliveries. You can contact customerservice@988.com.my for queries on return, refund, or exchange. The customer service team will then redirect the queries to the individual merchants.
- 988 Shop: These products are produced and manufactured solely by 988. Delivery and fulfilment is are processed by 988. You can contact us at customerservice@988.com.my for any queries on return, refund, or exchange.
We will not accept return, refund or exchange for a change of mind.
In most cases, you can return or exchange in the following situations:
- Product(s) was not received; or
- Product(s) received is faulty and/ or damaged during shipping; or
- Product(s) received is different to the specification of order (e.g. incorrect size, color, etc.);
For the above items, we can do a direct 1 for 1 replacement. Contact us with supporting documentations of the missing/faulty/error within five (5)working days of receiving your parcel to let us know and we will process the replacement. This process generally takes between seven (7) working days.
退换货须知

因以下情况而要求退换货,一概不受理。
- 货物被人为损坏
- 与预想的商品不符
- 改变心意
以下情况适用于订单退换货:
- 在预定时间内未收到产品
- 收到的产品在运输过程中有损坏或缺陷
- 收到的产品与订单的规格不同(例如,尺寸,颜色等不正确)
基于上述原因,我们可以进行1对1的替换。 您必须在收到包裹后的五(5)个工作日内与我们联系,并提供相关文件与资料,审核过程需大约七(7)个工作日。
